At Fit4healthplus, we look at fitness differently than a lot of trainers and gym owners. By that we mean fitness is different for everyone and what one person is looking for in a gym, a fitness plan, or a personal trainer is not the same as someone else. For this reason, making sure we are flexible as trainers is important. In fact, we think it's just as important as understanding anything we do.

I sustained a back injury after falling off a 12ft ladder backwards. Not only did this temporarily change my life physically, but in addition my health was compromised and my self-esteem struggled.

I had gotten to the heaviest weight of my life, weighing over 250 pounds! My blood pressure numbers where extremely high. I didn't like how I looked with my shirt off, nor did I like how my clothes fit. I decided to not let my injury hinder me any longer. I adopted the mindset of NO EXCUSES. I began to study via nutrition excercise science. As a result I changed my eating habits and exercise regimes.

This journey has not been easy but well worth it. Set goals, reach them, and set new ones because there is always room for improvemnet. The road to success comes thru hardwork, determination and sacrifice.
